With all kinds of mixed emotions, I announce that I'm stepping down as Program Director of Asheville Music School. While I will be 100% active is a music instructor and ensemble leader at AMS, I'm moving out of the office chair, to spend more time at the piano bench.
AMS is my second home, and it's been a joy and honor to help our outreach ensembles and summer camps grow into the prosperous programs they are today. But teaching and creating music are my bigger passions, so I'll be devoting more time to my students, grad school, and new performance opportunities.
Moving ahead, we want a fantastic new program director! An ideal candidate would have some musical background, but more importantly, a passion for sharing music with our community. Contact yours truly if you have any more questions about the job!
